Clinical hypnotherapy works with a natural state of deep, focused relaxation, the same state you slip into while reading a good book, driving a familiar route, or watching a film. In that state, the subconscious becomes more open to working on the patterns that drive anxiety, habits, sleep, and confidence.

We don't dig up painful memories. We don't relive anything you'd rather leave behind. The work is done gently, at your pace, and you're always in full control.

A no-pressure chat, phone or online. You ask anything you want. I explain how I work. We decide together if it's a good fit.

60 minutes, in person in Disley or online. We talk through what's going on, what you want to change, and what's worked (or hasn't) before.

Sessions are tailored to you, anywhere from one for a specific habit, to a package of three, to something more structured for a bigger goal.
